Services
Connection First Therapy provides pediatric occupational therapy services in the home, community, and school settings. Some areas that occupational therapy can address include but are not limited to: emotional regulation, motor planning, sensory processing, participation in daily tasks and routines, and social participation. At Connection First Therapy, we support both the child and the caregivers. We empower caregivers by nurturing their confidence and helping them transform meaningful, everyday moments into therapeutic opportunities. Together, we build strong foundations of connection and engagement to support each child’s growth at home and in the community.

Evaluation & Individual Sessions
Evaluations and sessions occur in the child’s natural environment. This can include the home, school, or family outings in the community.

Caregiver Coaching/Training
Caregiver focused sessions may occur in person or virtually. They often include reflecting on individual sessions, reviewing video recordings, exploring strategies, and planning how to carry over skills into daily routines. Each session is tailored to the caregiver’s needs and goals, ensuring support feels practical and accessible.

Environmental Modifications
Environmental modification sessions focus on creating supportive spaces within the home—such as bedrooms, play areas, or family living spaces—that meet the child’s individual needs and foster growth, independence, and comfort.
